Welcome to quinvoice ("Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our service, operated by quinvoice ("we", "our", "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
We offer a free tier with limited functionality. Full access to the Service's features requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.
No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused months. All payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation of the subscription will stop future charges but will not result in a prorated refund of your current subscription payment.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (PayPal). By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
quinvoice does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
We make no warranty regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the Service. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of the Service at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.
In no event shall quinvoice, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
